A brief will be written up and a quote provided for a landscape plan.

Our standard Design Services follow these stages:

Concept: The ideas phase. To create the Concept Plan, we need to draw your site to scale in our CAD program, then we sketch all our ideas on paper until we land on just the right balance for you. We also compile images based on style and materiality for you. We love this 'ideas' phase of the project and spend a lot of time in this stage ensuring we can bring your dreams to life on paper. We look at the aesthetic options and combinations, plant palette ideas and of course zoning areas. We then present this to you, talking through all the ideas in detail.

Schematic Design: Concept design is signed off. Now we further develop the concept design and refine all the details to make them even better! This is when we will create a full colour Landscape Plan, in CAD.

Documentation: To get the most accurate prices for tendering we document your project to include construction details of all main landscaping components. We also provide a Levels and Drainage Plan, as well as Finishes and Set-Out Plans. The Planting Plan is also completed at this stage and lists botanical names, quantities and pot sizes of your plants. We will also include some reference images for you.

Final plans and supporting documentation will be delivered to you in digital form and hard copies where required.

We will tender your new garden plans to be quoted for construction and review all quotes to check for exclusions and clarity in pricing. We meet landscapers on site to walk them through the project for more accurate pricing and review their past projects for you if we have not worked with them before.

We love to be involved in the construction phase of building your landscape and working with the landscaper will ensure accurate layout of all garden elements according to your carefully prepared plan. We will liaise with the landscaper to answer questions as they arise and source and lay out all plants to ensure accuracy of the vision and plant quality is premium and botanically accurate.

Stand alone Planting Plans may be required if you have the structure of your garden already working for you but the plants in your garden are looking a bit tired. Or perhaps you’ve bought a new home with great garden structure, but outdated planting? We can help you. Full revisions of your planting scheme with lists and quantities of plant type can be provided on a scaled drawing, with plant details as necessary for maintenance and records.
